Emjac Screw Products is committed to producing the highest quality components that meet, or exceed, our customers specifications.  We are currently ISO 9001:2008 certified, and have been ISO certified to previous standards for over a decade. 

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, we have added a Keyence Image Dimension Measuring System to our quality control department. This machine allows us to check a greater number of parts with incredible speed and accuracy. It also records the measurements which enables us to do statistical analysis to improve our products and our processes so that we can better serve our customers.

We also have a large inventory of gauges on hand to let us reliably check the parts you trust us to make. Our measuring instruments are manufactured by companies known for their quality and reliability, like Mitutoyo and Starett. These quality instruments allow us to accurately check our parts, so our customers can rest easy and know they will get parts made to their specifications.

In addition to using quality instruments, we also make use of statistical process control to maintain critical dimensions. We also have complete traceability on all materials, gauges, and processes to aid in problem analysis.
